Shipping & Returns



We are currently offering free shipping to all of the 48 continental United States.  If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, contact us and we will be glad to provide you a shipping quote.  At this time we are not shipping outside of the United States.

It takes 2-3 weeks to build and ship your mantel.  If we are finishing your mantel an additional week is required.  You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your Hidden Wire Mantel ships.


Return Policy

At Hidden Wire Mantels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Be sure to INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If there is any damage from shipping please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.

Items returned under this satisfaction policy are eligible for a refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.  Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. We will notify you when we have processed the credit. Please email us for further instructions on your return and to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

In the unlikely event that your order is missing parts, please call us within 14 days and we will send you the missing parts at no cost to you. However, the item(s) cannot be returned for a full refund (similar return fees, as stated above, will be charged). 

Please keep in mind that once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot refund shipping charges or waive the 20% restocking fee, unless the return is a result of an error by us. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. Custom orders may not be returnable due to their uniqueness and personalization. We are unable to accept returns of products that have been modified.

If you do not have the original packing material, we highly recommend using a UPS or FedEx shipping store to have the item being returned double boxed and securely packed for your protection. We cannot issue refunds for items being returned, if they are damaged due to return shipping.

We stand behind our Hidden Wire Mantels and maintain great relationships with the craftsman who build them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to make it right.
